How It All Began
 
A long time ago in a land far far away there was a little girl from Brooklyn. She received her first Easy Bake Oven which placed her on the path to becoming a Pastry Chef. After making treats using a Easy Bake Oven  this little girl decided to upgrade to the big girl oven. After going to school at the well known Johnson and Whales University and then the Institute Of Culinary Education it was "What now?" time. To keep her skills sharp this young lady decided to make cakes for fun which allowed people to see what she could do. Soon relatives, friends, job mates began requesting her to use her talents to make them a special cakes. A Taste Of Happy was born to continue on supplying people with that simple in every bite.  We hope you too will enjoy our cakes, cupcakes and other delightful treats.
